You'll walk away with a simple fitness & flexibility program you can do in the comfort of your own home, plus a guide to healthy eating and tips and tricks for pre-show preparations.

4pm - 5:30pm: "Stripper 101" (Open Level)
An in-depth workshop on the art of the tease.
Including sensuality in movement, pace and poise in performance, and making music work for you.
We'll dabble in lap-dance, twerking and platform heel technique too.
