We are beyond excited to announce that Maison Burlesque will be proudly marching in the Midsumma Pride March on Sunday February 2, 2025! This year’s march promises to be bigger, brighter, and more fabulous than ever, and we are thrilled to be part of this incredible celebration of LGBTQIA+ pride, community, and creative expression.
Maison Burlesque has always been about celebrating individuality, inclusivity, and the art of self-expression, and we can't think of a better way to honour these values than by joining the Midsumma Pride March. Our talented team of burlesque, drag & cabaret performers will be strutting their stuff in full glittery, glamorous, and unapologetically bold style as we join thousands of LGBTQIA+ supporters, artists, and activists in a dazzling display of unity and joy.
As we make our way through the streets of St Kilda, we invite everyone - from our loyal burly family to anyone who loves a good sparkle and a powerful sense of community – to come along and share the love of showpony pride from the sidelines. This year, we’re pulling out all the stops to showcase the magic of burlesque, blending the iconic allure of vintage performance with the fierce energy of modern-day activism and love. Get ready for sequins, feathers, laughter, and, of course, the unparalleled energy that is Maison Burlesque!
